The strike is part of ongoing Russian offensive operations in Ukraine. In response, Ukrainian forces conducted drone strikes on Moscow, hitting an oil refinery in the city's southeastern Kapotnya district for the second time this week and damaging a shopping center. Moscow's mayor said air defenses shot down approximately 180 drones heading toward the capital.
